Why is it important for your mouthwash to contain fluoride?
Many people know that fluoride is essential for strengthening teeth and preventing cavities, so they choose a product with fluoride in it.
Studies show that if you rinse with mouthwash immediately after brushing your teeth, you will rinse away some of the fluoride from the toothpaste16,17.
If your mouthwash contains fluoride, as CB12 does, you can rinse immediately after brushing your teeth as part of your normal oral hygiene routine and know that you keep all the teeth strengthening benefits of fluoride.
