#1: Keep your mouth hydrated!

This is probably an underrated fact but water can actually do wonders for your oral health, more so than most other practices. Keeping your salivary glands flowing and your mouth well moist will not only help your breath smell great but it will also keep bacterial populations low and reduce your risk of infection.

#2: Make flossing a habit

Flossing might not be the easiest habit to get into but it’s pretty essential. This is what eventually removes the debris stuck between the gaps of your teeth after you’ve had a meal. Although flossing should be done after every meal, the bare minimum is doing it at least once a day (preferably before you go to bed).
